3 Personal Training Sessions. In these sessions, you will work one-one-one with a coach to learn the basics of CrossFit. We will teach you how to squat, press and deadlift, how to perform the Olympic lifts, how to row on an erg, and how to do basic gymnastics movements. Completing these sessions will prepare you for our group classes!
